The Qiwi Wallet payment service will be located at a new Internet address from August 21 – qiwiwallet.ru, and creditors (owners of wallets with accounts in rubles, dollars and euros) can still file a claim for the return of funds they stored in the service and check the status of the claim they previously indicated. “On August 21, 2024, the Qiwi Wallet payment service will be moved to a new address qiwiwallet.ru. At the same time, creditors who own Qiwi Wallets with accounts in rubles, dollars and euros will continue to have the opportunity to file a creditor claim for the return of funds placed in Qiwi Wallet and check the status of a previously filed claim through the website,” the post says.
The services can be used by persons over 18 years of age who have passed a simplified or full identification in the paid service. The rest have the opportunity to draw up requirements for free or use samples posted on the DIA website.
It is also known that creditors who have already submitted claims to Qiwi Bank do not need to submit them again using the updated website address.
Earlier, RB.RU reported that 64 thousand creditors filed claims against Qiwi Bank for a total amount of 32.5 billion rubles. Of these, 50 thousand claims are associated with Qiwi wallets, but they account for only 500 million rubles.
