The time you spend on a cycling workout depends on its intensity. For example, if it is high intensity it is unlikely to last more than 20 minutes, but if it is an endurance workout it can last up to an hour.
The expert recommended a combination of long, low-intensity, moderate workouts, short, high-intensity cycling sessions, and a few sessions of moderate intensity.
