Huawei used its flagship smartphone Pura 70 Ultra to film the expedition of the famous Russian traveler and writer Fyodor Konyukhov, who headed to the North Pole to take part in the filming of a new movie by Klima Shipenko.
He completed the work on The world’s first single polar drifting station SP-24 in the area of the North Pole and boarded the nuclear icebreaker 50 Years of Victory at coordinates 89 degrees 08 minutes north latitude, 48 degrees 23 minutes east longitude.
Cameraman Alexey Dudin recorded what was happening on the Huawei flagship.
In total, Fyodor Konyukhov spent 20 days 22 and 45 minutes alone on the ice floe, during which he covered an hour and 239 km. The distance from the geographic North Pole at the end of the drift was 95.65 km, the greatest value was 113.66 km.
Check out the most striking shots from our travels:

No trip to the North Pole would be complete without a polar bear.
The smartphone fell from a height and was driven on a metal semi-expedition boat, but all that happened to the phone were two abrasions on the ends of the case.
Huawei’s zoom preserves details perfectly
Thus, Konyukhov set a world record for the duration and distance traveled at the only research polar station in the North Pole region.
We remind you that Huawei is currently holding a Huawei XMAGE photo contest. Anyone can take part in it.
The flagship camera phone is announced as the grand prize Huawei Pura 70 UltraThe winners in the category also received Huawei Pura 70 smartphones, Huawei FreeClip headphones, and Huawei Watch Fit 3 smartwatches.
