For IT companies that were founded less than three years ago, the accreditation rules have been simplified. Several criteria that made the process difficult have been removed, the Ministry of Digital Development announced.

The criterion for checking the proportion of income from IT activities has been abolished, and for confirming the level of wages, checks are now carried out for two quarters, not five, as was the case previously. If the company was accredited in the year of its establishment, there is no need to carry out the planned confirmation procedure.
Tech companies from new regions can even count on accreditation regardless of the average monthly pay of employees. This provision can be used until July 2025. Applications can only be submitted electronically, through the State Services.
IT accreditation allows you to receive government support: reduced tax rates, preferential mortgages, deferral of military service for employees, the opportunity to hire foreign specialists in a simplified manner.
