At the meeting, the board of directors was also re-elected: Alexey Solovyov, Lev Krol and Alexey Ivanov joined again. The group’s leader Alexey Mashchenkov and Oksana Sirotinina also became its members.

  • In February 2022, trading in Qiwi’s securities on Nasdaq was suspended; two years later, the US exchange warned the company about the delisting of its shares.
  • In January 2024, Cypriot Qiwi plc sold Andrey Protopopov’s Russian company Fusion Factor Fintech for 23.7 billion rubles. A month later, the Bank of Russia revoked Qiwi Bank’s license.
