The new system prevents exposure to malicious data and protects neural networks from external threats. The technology is based on protocols using cryptographic algorithms and blockchain for secure storage and processing of data. An important feature is the use of electronic digital signatures and qualifying signatures that guarantee authenticity and protection against modification of neural networks.

The developed system also includes efficient consensus schemes where a majority of developers must confirm the health of the neural network before it can be launched. These technologies can also be applied to Internet of Things (IoT) systems to increase their security and reliability.
