New MTS Exolve service: HLR (Home Location Register). This is a centralized database of mobile operator subscribers. Thanks to requests, users will be able to check the availability of a particular mobile phone number, so as not to overpay for undeliverable calls and SMS.
In addition, the service allows you to choose the optimal time to contact the client, which will help reduce the number of complaints about calls at inopportune times. In response to an HLR request, the user is given a time period (for example, from 10:00 to 12:00) during which the probability of a response is highest.
The data in the database is analyzed using Big Data, a tool that works with large volumes of information and guarantees high precision and efficiency in responses to queries.
HLR is in demand in areas such as medicine, real estate, e-commerce and others, where there are large volumes of communications, as it allows to reduce communication costs, optimize resources, maintain the relevance of customer bases and increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
“Before sending an SMS or calling, MTS Exolve users will be able to check the activity of their clients’ numbers and significantly reduce resources and time spent on non-targeted contacts.” — says Vasily Sazhko, Product Manager at MTS Exolve. “In this way, the business not only reduces costs, but also provides a better approach to interaction with customers, increasing their level of satisfaction and loyalty.”.
