How to Enable Cleanup in macOS Sequoia
1. After receiving the update to the latest beta version of macOS 15.1, I observed in System settings.

All you need to do is change the system language to English and restart your Mac.
3. After rebooting, turn on system settings and the transition section again. Apple Intelligence and Siri and press the button Join the Apple Intelligence Waitlist.
