On September 12, Moscow’s Savyolovsky Court will begin preparations for Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk’s divorce suit from her husband Vladislav, the press service of Moscow’s courts of general jurisdiction reported.

“The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow has scheduled the preparation of the case for trial on the claim of TV Bakalchuk to VS Bakalchuk on September 12, 2024,” the materials say.
The hearing will begin at 10:00, Anastasia Mironova was appointed as a judge. The court registered a divorce petition on July 30, but then it remained without progress. At the end of August, on August 26, the court made a similar decision.
In June, Wildberries decided to partner with Russ Group to create the ultimate digital commerce platform. Subsequently, a joint venture was registered: RVB LLC. 65% is owned by Wildberry LLC and 35% by Stinn LLC.
Amid this news, Vladislav Bakalchuk denounced an allegedly illegal transfer of Wildberries assets, to which his wife responded that the merger of companies was not a takeover by a raider, but a consequence of a divorce process.
Wildberries founder and CEO Tatyana Bakalchuk has topped Forbes’ list of the 20 richest women in Russia for three years in a row.
