Amazon’s virtual assistant Alexa can now pull a tarot card that represents your day.The anointing will begin throughout Brazil in September this year.
You can request the tarot card of the day by saying “Alexa, tarot card of the day” next to the voice assistant-enabled device. Once the order is processed, Alexa will respond with predictions about love, finance and workAccording to Amazon.
“Brazilians like to rely on extra help to understand moments in their lives for a variety of reasons, particularly cultural, such as religious syncretism, but also historical, which leads people to seek meanings in symbolism that bring hope,” Amazon said.
This new function Alexa will be rolled out to all Echo line devices or integrated with Alexa. In the case of Echo Show (Amazon’s smart display), the request will display an animation.
Like other Alexa skills, “Tarot card of the day” can be incorporated into custom routines. It is thus possible to integrate exoteric cues into other triggers and voice commands, for example at certain times or in combination with other events.
Especially in September, Alexa will respond to “Alexa, good morning” with specific responses related to the tarot of the day.
