The new project, called Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, will be a unique combination of innovative design and luxury living spaces. The building will be approximately 100 meters tall and construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2028.
The skyscraper will feature 22 luxury apartments, including duplexes and quadruples, ranging in size from 525 to 1,135 square meters.
These “sky villas” will be the epitome of luxury and will cost between $15 and $40 million. One of the most important features of the building will be the integration of private garages for the owner’s car collection, highlighting the attention to detail and uniqueness of the project.
The skyscraper’s facade will be equipped with an automated system that allows for the merging of interior and exterior spaces.
