The new leader said that the company he heads is a reliable partner in the implementation of projects for the state and businesses and is on the list of the largest IT companies in the country;
“Over the past four years, the company has become a major player in the domestic market for the development of intelligent IT solutions. In many areas, Sitronics Group is a market leader and I see great prospects and opportunities for business development,” Tkachenko said.

Nikolay Pozhidaev, who worked as the company’s president for more than four years, became the managing partner of AFK Sistema, where he will be responsible for the strategic directions of Sitronics Group as the chairman of the management board. According to him, Tkachenko’s experience in IT and digital transformation will make Sitronics Group even more competitive on the market, allow it to find new solutions and strengthen its position as one of the leaders of the IT industry in Russia and abroad.
According to the Kontur.Focus system, JSC Sitronics’ revenue at the end of 2023 amounted to almost 15.5 billion rubles, compared to 11.6 billion rubles in 2022. The company’s net profit at the end of last year exceeded 1 billion rubles, almost three times more than in 2022 – 385.6 million rubles.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, AFK Sistema was owned by Sitronics Group from 2015 to 2021. Then, in addition to it, the list of founders and participants included four more individuals and one legal entity. Since September 2021, information about the owners of Sitronics JSC has been hidden.
