The Ministry of Justice believes that the changes in the legislation will help improve the business climate and minimize the risks of unjustified criminal prosecution of entrepreneurs.
In March, the Ministry of Justice proposed to introduce a 50% discount for companies on fines if paid within 20 days. Likewise, the bill developed proposes to grant the defenders of companies in the regions the right to participate in cases of administrative infraction in business activity as a defender.
