The update features a user-friendly interface with the addition of a plus icon in the bottom left corner of the screen. Located next to the microphone and camera, this icon opens a new menu for uploading files. On Android, users can upload files directly, select from the gallery, or import from Google Drive. However, iOS users will only see options to upload files from the photo gallery, as Drive integration is not available on that platform.
Supported file types include plain text files (TXT), various document formats (DOC, DOCX, PDF, RTF, and others), tabular data files (CSV, TSV), and spreadsheet formats (XLS, XLSX). Users can upload up to 10 files at a time, with each file not exceeding 100 MB in size.
