- The first unmanned spacecraft will reach Mars in two years, Elon Musk said in his post on X. And the first manned ones, in four.
- WSJ also found that Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence startup xAI will equip Tesla with its developments in exchange for a share of the revenue. This is another example of the distribution of assets between the billionaire’s companies.
- Meanwhile, analysts at Informa Connect Academy have calculated that Musk could become the world’s first billionaire by 2027, provided his fortune continues to grow at an average of 110% per year.
- The five highest-paid creative jobs this summer included an artist, an architect and a videographer. The top five were completed by a model and a video editor.
- The temporary ban on Russian gasoline exports, extended in August, will not lead to a decrease in fuel production in the country. This statement was made by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Sergey Tsivilev, at the EEF 2024.
- Russia has entered the top 20 countries in terms of meat availability (analysts compare the average salary and the cost of 1 kg of beef). The top three are Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, with Russia at the bottom of the list.
- Gennady Sakharov, a top official at Rosatom, confirmed that he received money from the businessman (the defendant is involved in a bribery case), but did not plead guilty. He claims that this was payment for services of “consulting the organization in the execution of contracts.”
