But not everyone is willing to let AI control their purchases. Only 13% of respondents are willing to hand over control of their own purchases to AI, which can block transactions if not necessary. The majority (35%) are willing to let AI analyze their spending and offer to reject purchases but not block them.

According to Vadim Kulik, Vice President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of VTB, artificial intelligence and data analysis technologies continue to actively develop and penetrate the financial sector, creating new opportunities for improving banking services. The survey was conducted among 1.5 thousand respondents in large cities.
