Venture capitalist Anton Starsky has withdrawn from the capital of Angel Car Club. The buyer of his shares was the founder of the Finist insurance brokerage Mikhail Tyurin, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

Starsky told RB.RU that the buyer of his stake in the RPO of car owners “Club “Angel”” was the founder of the insurance broker “Finist” Mikhail Tyurin. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Tyurin is listed as the president of the Angel club since August 16, 2024.
Starsky did not disclose financial details of the deal, but said he was pleased with the work performed and the financial outcome.
Anton Starsky joined the Angel Car Club capital in the spring of 2022. The work of the new team brought the first increase in revenue in ten years of the club’s operation, as well as a double increase in profits in 2023 compared to 2022, the business angel noted.
Angel Auto Club offers towing services, car service and technical assistance in Moscow and the Moscow region. The club operates on a subscription model; its members register for a paid membership.
