The developer of the system, Alexandra Sadikova, noted that the neural network not only collects and sorts data, but also pre-selects candidates, which saves time and reduces errors. The service analyzes and structures data from applications and resumes published in various messaging groups and thematic channels.
The project, supported by the Innovation Incentive Fund’s Student Enterprise grant, uses open datasets and data from user companies. The developers also conducted a survey with HR specialists to identify their needs and issues, the press service noted.
