Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurial and non-profit organizations (NPOs) have sent more than 22 thousand appeals using the pre-trial appeal service against decisions of supervisory bodies through the State Services portal. Vedomosti writes about this with reference to a representative of the office of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko.

The source of the publication noted that this is twice as high as in the same period in 2023. The level of approval of complaints has remained practically unchanged and is 71% (a year earlier it was 72% and in 2022, 70%).
Most of the requests concern the extension of the deadline during which a company must eliminate a violation following an order from the inspector (16,000 complaints). Complaints about actions and decisions of employees of the supervisory bodies are in second place in popularity (5,000 complaints). Most often, entrepreneurs express their disagreement with the violations identified in the inspection report and the sanctions imposed.
The pre-trial appeal system helps companies save not only money but also time, as it takes several months to challenge the case in court. It also ensures a transparent complaint procedure. It does not involve an inspector whose actions the company is appealing. In real time, you can track the status of consideration of the application.
The service was introduced in 2021. As a result of this reform, it was possible to update the entire range of mandatory requirements for companies and the procedure and method of monitoring their compliance was transformed.
RB.RU talked about how a fire safety inspection is carried out, what exactly the inspector checks and what administrative responsibility is envisaged.
