According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, on August 29, 2024, Vkusville Cafe LLC became the founder of Tirolerhof LLC, Honey and Pie LLC, Castle LLC, and Geranium LLC. All four legal entities are franchisees of the Anderson coffee chain. A representative of Vkusville confirmed the information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities to RB.RU.
In November 2023, Vkusville bought the main assets and the Anderson brand from Anastasia Tatulova (foreign agent). Experts estimated the deal at 600-800 million rubles. According to analysts, the deal included a confectionery factory and about 40 cafes, which operate mainly on a franchise basis.
Anderson’s sale was preceded by a scandal: a week before the deal, Tatulova announced the start of a “large-scale operation” to expel her from the country.
In April 2024, the Ministry of Justice recognized Anderson founder Anastasia Tatulova as a foreign agent. In May of the same year, the Federal Tax Service assessed the Anderson network another 500 million rubles in taxes for the period from 2019 to 2021. Representatives of the Federal Tax Service discovered hidden income worth 1 billion rubles.
According to the results of the Federal Tax Service inspection, four legal entities were involved in the “grey” scheme, the owner of which was “Vkusville” in August 2024.
