In the same period in 2023, Russians took out significantly fewer loans per month from microfinance organizations – an average of 46.6 billion rubles. The National Credit Histories Bureau (NBKI) also records an increase in the volume of microcredits granted: there the figures increased from 32.2 billion to 44.6 billion rubles.
The difference in data between different credit bureaus (CRB) only indicates that creditors can transfer their data to more than one CRB. And the companies themselves do not disclose the list of those who send their information to them.
In January-June 2024, Russians borrowed an average of 30,000 rubles from microfinance organizations. Compared to last year, the amount increased by 55%. This is shown by a study by the online alternative lending service Moneyman. But the amount issued increased by only 17%, according to analysts. During the reporting period, citizens received about 22.1 thousand rubles.
