Apple has released watchOS 11 for Apple Watch. This is the first version of the system available to all users.
The update introduces a new fitness tracking feature, a new Vitals app for tracking your overall health, new widgets, watch faces, and iPhone protocol summaries powered by Apple Intelligence.

How to Install watchOS 11
To update the Apple Watch add-on app View → Main → Software Update.
The watch must be charged to 50% and placed next to the iPhone.
