Russia

• In Russia, a fine of 3 to 5 thousand rubles will be imposed for repeatedly driving a car without a MTPL policy. Information about this is contained in the draft of the Cabinet of Ministers’ recall, which was approved by the government commission on legislative activities.

• Moscow has started testing a dynamic parking tariff. This will allow you to regulate the cost of the service depending on the number of occupied parking spaces.

• In 2024, phone scammers began to increasingly use instant messaging to deceive Russians. The damage caused by their actions has already reached almost 250 billion rubles.
