Apple has announced a new generation of iPad Pro.
This is Apple’s first tablet with an OLED display, which is called a special Tandem OLED Display technology – it allows you to come up with two OLED screens at once. The maximum brightness of the device reaches 1600 nits. The innovation is available for both 11″ and 13″ models.
A big step for a company that has been waiting for many years. Cupertino residents consider the new screen to be the best in the world, and it is protected by glass with a nanotexture.
The body of the device became as careful as possible when anyone was in the iPad – just 5.3 mm. It’s thinner than even the iconic iPod nano.
The latest M4 processor, made using the second generation 3nm process technology, is responsible for performance. Its computing power is 50% faster than M2. Built-in Neural Engine 60 times more powerfulthan in its first version. The chip uses 10 CPU cores and 16 Neural Engine cores with an emphasis on AI, the neural engine provides 38 trillion operations per second.
Especially for the new iPad Pro, the company released Final Cut Pro 2 and Logic Pro 2 with CoreML support. They are completely redesigned to work with touch screens, image rendering is 2 times faster.
The tablets use an updated 12 MP horizontal camera. Fun fact: the new iPad Pro no longer has an ultra-wide-angle camera, just a regular wide-angle camera. The company also removed one microphone from the device.
You get four memory options: 256/512 GB or 1/2 TB.
