During an auction for the provision of printing, photocopying and scanning services in government agencies in the Moscow region, signs of violations of antimonopoly legislation were revealed.
“The service, together with law enforcement agencies, identified signs of violations in the actions of the Moscow Regional Information and Communications Technology Center and Networks LLC. The contract price was 71,790,834 rubles,” the FAS said in a statement.
If the organizations are found guilty, they face hefty fines.
At the end of May 2024, the FAS opened a case for cartel conspiracy, whose participants simultaneously raised the prices of wireless headphones in the markets. From 2023 to 2024, some device sellers simultaneously raised the prices of devices to fight off competitors.
