Headaches that radiate from the neck to the back of the head may be a sign of pain from arthritis in the neck. They may worsen with certain movements of the neck or when pressure is applied to certain points on the neck.
Sinus headaches typically feel like a dull, throbbing pain in the sinus area at the front of the face. Oftentimes, these pains are aggravated by sinus congestion and inflammation.
