According to Alexey Gogolev, TPU Vice Rector for Science and Strategic Projects, all eight scientists involved in research at the collider are currently involved in projects such as the Siberian Ring Photon Source and the Baikal-GVD collaboration. TPU has completed all necessary work at the Large Hadron Collider, including participation in the CMS and LHCb collaborations, where research is being conducted on measuring luminosity and analyzing meson decays.
Tomsk physicists are also searching for exotic particles and developing diagnostic methods for the collider, Gogolev noted.
