Brazil’s Supreme Court had previously blocked access to the X.com platform until Musk met a series of conditions, including appointing legal representation, paying fines and deleting accounts that threaten democracy.
The Guardian reported that Musk, who previously closed X.com’s offices in Brazil in protest, has appointed a new representative, Rachelle de Oliveira Conceicao.
This comes after Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered the removal of more than 100 accounts questioning the results of the 2022 presidential election.
Despite this, the Supreme Court was not satisfied with the documents submitted regarding the appointment of the representative and gave X.com five days to correct the errors.
