According to forecasts, at the end of 2024 the dollar exchange rate will be about 93.8 rubles. From July 2026 to December 2027, a gradual weakening of the ruble is expected: at the end of the forecast period (December 2027), the dollar could reach 105 rubles.

This year, the average dollar exchange rate will be 91.2 rubles, in 2025 – 96.6 rubles, in 2026 – 100 rubles, in 2027 – 103.2 rubles.

The euro exchange rate is expected to reach 110 rubles in February 2026, and by the end of 2027 it is expected to reach an average of 117.2 rubles.

At the end of September, the official exchange rate was 92.71 rubles per dollar and 103.47 rubles per euro. On September 30, the ruble strengthened noticeably at the auction, but the Bank of Russia has not yet set the exchange rate for October 1.

Starting June 13, the Central Bank sets the official exchange rates of the dollar and the euro based on data from banks on transactions in the over-the-counter foreign exchange market. This is due to the sanctions imposed by the US Treasury on the Moscow Stock Exchange and the National Clearing Center.
