During the next trial with Epic Games judge Thomas S. Hickson, he demanded that Apple hand over to him all the documents that confirm the position of the Cupertino team. The construction company estimates that it will need to transfer 650 thousand documents on September 30. However, 4 days ago, Apple went to court and stated that there are actually 1.3 million documents and it needs more time.
Apple’s claim that it had just discovered the bug was “simply not believable,” Hickson said. Bottom line: Apple still needs to hand over all documents today, request for denial.
