CEO Viktor Abramov has left music label VK Records. He said that he decided to focus on his own projects, RBC sources claim that Abramov was fired due to the dissatisfaction of the VK management with the results of his work.

Abramov left his position on October 3, the place of head of the label will be taken by CEO of VK Music Dmitry Milovzorov, a source told the publication.
Viktor Abramov clarified that he maintains “excellent relations” with VK and plans to cooperate with the holding company in the preparation of special projects. Information about possible cooperation was confirmed to the publication by the VK press service.
Before starting work at VK Records in 2022, Abramov headed the Invite Music label, headed the creative direction of Black Star, and was co-producer of Respect Production.
VK launched VK Records in 2022. The company announced that it will search for talents within the VKontakte social network and sign existing artists. In April 2024, VK Records opened its own music studio at the VK head office.
