Telegram acknowledged that in recent days users “may have experienced temporary connection issues and difficulties accessing” media.

“Thanks to the efforts of our technical team, Telegram remained available in most countries and now all issues are completely resolved,” Telegram noted.

The messaging team apologized to users for any inconvenience.

On October 1, Telegram experienced a technical issue and users reported difficulties sending and receiving messages. That day, Israel was attacked with missiles by Iran.

Another failure on Telegram occurred two days later, on October 3. Users reported issues opening the app, loading the site, and sending messages. That day, Israel reported attacks on military targets in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.
