The RB Young Awards 2024 have ended: results

The event opened with presentations by the nominees. Participants had five minutes to talk about their business, team and results, plus a couple of minutes to answer the jury’s questions. Let us remember that there were 12 nominations in total: “Education”, “Sports and Tourism”, “Offline”, HR, “Marketing”, “Industry”, “Logistics and Transportation”, “Security”, FMCG, “E-com and Marketplaces ””, “Retail and HoReCa” and “Medicine”.

The jury valued the scale and dynamics of the project, the novelty and effectiveness of the solution, as well as the professionalism and involvement of the team. According to the voting results, the following people scored the most points and became winners:

1. Alexandra Sevostyanova in the Marketing category with Anix, a neural network that draws intermediate frames in 2D animation in half a minute.

2. Ilya Berdysh in the “E-commerce and markets” category with an artificial intelligence assistant for online meetings.

3. Pavel Nevsky in the “Retail and HoReCa” nomination with UNUM TECHNOLOGY, a unique technology for the production of food packaging without paper, plastic or glue.

4. Ekaterina Poliker in the “Medicine” category with HemoTech AI, a non-invasive glucometer that, without consumables, diagnoses blood sugar levels in 30 seconds with minimal error.

5. Oleg Mansurov in the “Logistics and Transport” category with SR Space, a software and hardware complex to counter unmanned aerial systems “Bogomol A”, which helps prevent illegal collection of information and violation of privacy.

6. Kirill Stepanenko in the FMCG category with SELESTA, a concierge service for luxury goods (not a classic online store, but a logistics company).

7. Alexander Buravkov in the Industry category with Tiflotekhnika, a touch equipment factory.

8. Artem Kovalev in the “Offline” category with Hedgehog, an international programming, design and artificial intelligence academy for children.

9. Anton Kochubey in the “Sports and Tourism” category with Urbansouls, a mobile application for organizing trips around Russia.

10. Ekaterina Kornyushina in the “Security” category with aIDeepFake, a tool designed to identify counterfeit content.

11. Anastasia Kosacheva in the HR nomination with EmplyFlow, an AI-enabled HR platform designed for staff training and assessment.

12. Nikita Usachev in the “Education” category with Flowtech, a wind tunnel designed to study aerodynamics, conduct aerodynamic experiments, test aerodynamic educational models of architectural objects and perform science-pop shows.

The prizes were presented to the winners by the general director of RB.RU, Elza Egorova. They received commemorative statuettes that symbolize eternally burning hearts.

The general partner of the Alfa-Bank award established two special nominations within the framework of the competition: “Choice of the Fund of Large Companies” and “Choice of Alpha Students”.

Denis Osin, head of small and micro business at Alfa-Bank, chose Sursky Chocolate as the winner of the “Choice of the Fund for Large Business” nomination: the fund will support its founder Alexander Putilin in promoting the project. The “Significant Companies Fund” launches free advertising campaigns in the media, social networks and billboards throughout the country.

Marat Ismagulov, HR Director of Alfa Bank, gave his vote to the CareerOn professional project in the “Alfa Students’ Choice” nomination. As a reward, its founder, Dmitry Palchikov, received a certificate worth 1 million rubles for business development.

The event was not limited to the solemn awards ceremony: after the presentations of the nominees, during the voting of the jury members, a conference was held in which the speakers shared their cases, advice and recommendations for leading a successful business, and at the same time, participants had the opportunity to network.

The awards ceremony ended with a brilliant party, a DJ set and a performance by a cover band.
