The court accepted Bakalchuk’s lawsuit against his wife, Wildberries and RVB

Examination of the application is scheduled to resume on November 7.

Bakalchuk’s claim was filed on October 4 and at the same time he demanded collateral for the claim. His representative did not want to comment on what the “security” was. RB.RU sent a request to the court.

The lawsuit was filed against Tatyana Bakalchuk, but on October 6, the Wildberries founder announced that she had changed her last name to her maiden name, becoming Kim.

On October 4, Vladislav Bakalchuk reported on his Telegram channel that the amount of claims under this arbitration claim exceeds 350 billion rubles, a figure he estimated in the assets illegally transferred by his wife. Bakalchuk demanded that the transactions on the transfer of assets from Wildberries to the merged company be invalidated.

The assets, according to the businessman, include warehouses, logistics facilities, trucks, Wildberries Bank, brands, software, a website and much more. Bakalchuk added that the amount mentioned is “only a preliminary estimate” and during the process “may increase significantly.”

The press service of the combined company Wildberries and Russ told Forbes that the company had not received any claim documents and that they would be examined upon receipt according to the procedure established by law.

• On October 3, Bakalchuk announced that he had filed a lawsuit in Moscow’s Savyolovsky Court against RVB LLC and Kim, demanding that the agreement to transfer the Wildberries.ru domain to the united company be declared void. He noted that the domain, according to preliminary estimates, costs at least $3 million.

• RVB LLC was founded in July 2024, 65% belongs to Tatyana Bakalchuk’s largest Russian market, Wildberries, and another 35% belongs to the Russ group. Bakalchuk transferred 27 of the largest subsidiaries to RVB, thus combining its assets with the business of Russ brothers Robert and Levan Mirzoyan. According to Forbes, the merger was approved by the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

Vladislav Bakalchuk spoke out against the merger of Wildberries and the Russ group, after which Tatyana announced the start of divorce proceedings.

On September 18, the businessman arrived at his wife’s office and a shootout broke out at the entrance, resulting in the deaths of two security guards. Vladislav Bakalchuk was arrested and charged with murder. The businessman owned 100% of WB Development, which was dedicated to the construction of warehouses for WB. After a dispute between the spouses and a merger of companies with the Russ group, the market rejected Bakalchuk’s services. Wildberries reported that it is preparing a lawsuit against Vladislav Bakalchuk’s company for 27 billion rubles. On September 25, the amount increased to 37 billion rubles.
