According to them, the wibes.com domain has belonged to RVB LLC since October 9. The email address of the company that registered the domain is listed on the russoutdoor.ru website.

Social media users suggested that the new domain was registered for a possible marketplace name change, but Wildberries denied this. “Domain registration is not related to rebranding. The domain names may be used in the future for one of the products developed by the company,” RB.RU was informed by the company’s press service.

  • Wildberries and Russ established a joint venture, RVB LLC, on July 4. 65% owned by Wildberry LLC, the remaining 35% owned by Stinn LLC, the parent company of the Russ group. The beneficiaries of the LLC are brothers Levan and Robert Mirzoyan.

  • On July 30, the marketplace’s domain name, Wildberries.ru, was transferred to RVB LLC. The co-founder of the market, Vladislav Bakalchuk, attempted to challenge this decision. The husband, with whom Tatyana Kim is in the process of divorcing, sent two pre-trial lawsuits demanding the annulment of the transfer of market dominance to the merged company.

  • As RB.RU learned, on August 5, RVB received 38 marketplace domains from Wildberries LLC, including banking and payment portals. The domains were registered by Ru-Center.

  • On October 8, the Savelovsky Court in Moscow upheld Bakalchuk’s lawsuit against Kim to invalidate the alienation transactions of assets jointly acquired by the spouses, including the Wildberries.ru domain.
