Wildberries clarified that the refund will apply to fines issued between January 1 and August 20, 2024.
Wildberries also limited the amount of fines for sellers based on the turnover of the last 30 days and introduced a 50% discount on reverse logistics for products that have not been ordered from the market warehouse for more than six months.
“These measures are aimed at easing the burden on our partners at the beginning of the active sales period,” notes Wildberries.
The items to be returned will be displayed in the seller’s personal account; To receive a discount, the return must be made before October 31, the market’s press service explained.
In July, Wildberries canceled fines for lack of mandatory labeling and introduced restrictions on fines for unfulfilled orders. Shortly before, the marketplace eliminated fines for queuing at order pick-up points and sharply reduced fines for sellers for violating intellectual property rights.
