The list of finalists for the RB Young Awards 2024 published

RB Young Awards is an annual award for entrepreneurs under 35 years of age. This year there will be 12 nominations, the jury will select only one winner in each. We invite you to meet the 2024 nominees.

Nomination “Education”

• Anastasia Semenova, 34 years old, ViSaver: convert video recordings into complete knowledge bases for modern learning

• Georgy Tsedrik, 21 years old, SteadyStudy – online English school with “Mentor Selection” technology

• Nikita Usachev, 20 years old, Flowtech – a wind tunnel designed to study aerodynamics, conduct aerodynamic experiments, test aerodynamic educational models of LAm architectural objects, conduct science-pop shows

Nomination “Sports and Tourism”

• Alexander Orlov, 23 years old, Veter: organizes and conducts boat trips to different parts of the world, from Türkiye to the Seychelles.

• Anton Kochubey, 35 years old, Urbansouls: a mobile application for organizing trips around Russia

“Offline” nomination

• Artem Kovalev, 27 years old, Hedgehog – international academy of programming, design and artificial intelligence for children

• Irina Simonova, 26 years old, “In Harmony”, an assisted living home that offers social services on a stationary basis.

• Ruslan Chyachyakov, 24 years old, podcast accelerator, helping aspiring podcasters take their first steps in the creative video and audio industry.

“HR” nomination

• Matvey Pak, 20 years old, Metamentor: knowledge base with generative AI, personal assistant for each employee

• Nikita Shabashkevich, 35 years old, SkillStaff is a digital platform that allows the employment of IT specialists to be redistributed between projects.

• Dmitry Palchikov, 20 years old, CareerOn – virtual internship market

• Anastasia Kosacheva, 23 years old, EmplyFlow: human resources platform with artificial intelligence, designed for training and evaluation of personnel

“Marketing” nomination

• Ilya Kramnik, 21 years old, Yo-influence: a product promotion service through microbloggers using AI

• Alexandra Sevostyanova, 24 years old, Anix: a neural network that draws intermediate frames in 2D animation in half a minute

• Elizaveta Slezkina, 32 years old, W2W Match: a service that helps brands unite in values ​​and carry out joint projects

• Alexander Buravkov, 34 years old, Tiflotekhnika – touch equipment plant

• Fedor Gilmullin, 22 years old, “Lazarevskoye Tech”: a project for non-invasive animal weighing, in which the Lazarevskoye agricultural holding is both client and executor

• Ivan Kazakov, 29 years old, FiberPipe, a startup that develops innovative fiber optic systems to monitor industrial facilities

Nomination “Logistics and Transport”

• Artem Shavshin, 25 years old, “Clean Space” is an innovative system that helps safely collect metal fragments from space debris using patented spacecraft.

• Oleg Mansurov, 33 years old, SR Space – software and hardware complex for countering unmanned aerial systems “Bogomol A”, helps prevent illegal collection of information and violation of privacy

• Ekaterina Kornyushina, 35 years old, aIDeepFake: a tool designed to identify counterfeit content

• Roman Soloviev, 22 years old, Dyufreyn: innovative smart door locks

consumer goods nomination

• Alena Gorbaneva, 27 years old, Skyfashion: a multi-brand space with unique niche brands that are not represented in the Russian market

• Kirill Stepanenko, 33 years old, SELESTA – concierge service for luxury goods (not a classic online store, but a logistics company)

• Alexander Putilin, 17 years old, “Sursky Chocolate” – chocolate production

“E-com and markets” nomination

• Ilya Berdysh, 30 feeds, mymeet.ai – AI assistant for online meetings

• Alexey Egorov, 30 years old, jvo.ru: SaaS solution that automates all processes for e-commerce providers

• Veronika Yakovleva, 29 years old, Twinby: mobile dating service based on psychological compatibility

“Retail and HoReCa” nomination

• Pavel Nevsky, 33 years old, UNUM TECHNOLOGY – a unique technology for the production of food packaging without paper, plastic and glue.

• Alexander Balashov, 34 years old, Mary Wong: high-tech fast food with express plate service

• Vyacheslav Teremets, 33 years old, Nakit Yok is an innovative platform for restaurants that provides services to improve the experience and comfort of visitors.

Nomination “Medicine”

• Ekaterina Poliker, 26 years old, HemoTech AI: an innovative non-invasive glucometer that, without consumables, diagnoses blood sugar levels in 30 seconds with minimal error

• Daniil Maklakov, 22 years old, “SmileAI”: a telemedicine application for remote primary diagnosis of tooth and gum health

• Magomed-Amin Idilov, 26 years old, MDinc: AI service for assessment, restoration and development of cognitive and speech abilities, as well as psycho-emotional state

The winners will receive media support from the RB.RU publication, meet experienced entrepreneurs, and two projects will be celebrated and supported by the co-organizer and general partner of the award, Alfa-Bank.

Throughout the day of the ceremony, guests will get to know each other, participate in conferences and master classes. And most importantly, after the awards ceremony there will be a party with sparkling wine, a DJ set and a performance by a cover band.
