During clinical examination, the patient reported painful hair loss and a visibly enlarged lump that had become increasingly painful over the past five years. Despite the discomfort and aesthetic problems, the swelling did not prevent her from continuing dancing.

Imaging revealed a significant tumor under the skin, which was surgically removed. Histological analysis showed nonspecific changes characterized by widespread fibrosis without signs of malignancy. It is noteworthy that the patient does not feel pain even one month after the operation and is satisfied with the aesthetic result.
