This was told to RIA by Alexey Agapov, president of the foundation for the restoration of churches “Innotech XXI”. According to him, a trial version of the first Orthodox messenger will be available in November. It can be downloaded from the Save and Preserve project website.

Agapov clarified that anyone can download Messenger, but the number of downloads will be limited “for technical reasons.”

“In spring 2025, we plan to make it available for download on Google Play and other platforms,” added the Innotech director.

In September it became known about the future launch of the Zosima project, whose objective is to identify and restore churches that need repair. The interface of the Orthodox messenger is supposed to resemble WhatsApp.

Alexey Agapov said that after the news was published in the media, the fund “received proposals, including from priests.”

“We have created a working group that will manage this project, there is a roadmap for the next two years. We plan to complete this important project,” Agapov added.
