The vacuum cleaner itself, together with the “base”, does not take up much space; it is quite compact. The only thing that bothers me personally is the lack of any kind of stand for it. The device is fixed and stands slightly at an angle, which makes it feel like it’s about to fall. This doesn’t happen, but the feeling still doesn’t leave me.

Yoniev U5s weighs about 4 kg. This is not so much; due to its high maneuverability, the vacuum cleaner literally glides with semi-controllability.

What immediately pleased me personally was the ease of assembly. While with other vacuum cleaners I periodically use human bodies during assembly, here it is as simple and straightforward as possible. Insert the pipe, hook up the roller brush and you can use it.

Yoniev U5s has three cleaning modes for brushless motor: automatic, suction and high power. I actually tested the automatic mode (10 kPa), as it is best suited for everyday cleaning. The device uses an infrared sensor to increase or measure power depending on the amount of garbage collected.

Docking station assembly

The suction mode turns off wet cleaning and closes only the vacuum cleaner part. Max mode, which is the most powerful, increases power while cleaning. This mode is best for serious cleaning or picking up large debris.

This vacuum cleaner works well on both wooden surfaces and hard carpets. It perfectly collects large pieces, hair, wool. I would like to note that the hair on the brush does not get tangled, which is a big plus. However, the U5s cannot remove small particles, such as spilled sugar or dirt from the soles of shoes, the first time, while going through such places 2 times.

In Max mode (22 W) the vacuum cleaner can already cope with carpets. In all cases, upon entering the apartment, the rug could remain durable.

One of the advantages of the device is its tight fit to baseboards and walls. The design of the brushes allows you to walk along the wall without leaving dust, dirt or liquid. On the right side, the brush fits tightly to vertical surfaces.

Finally, the new product has deep self-cleaning function. To do this, there is a special button on the handle that must be pressed while the vacuum cleaner is on the docking station.

It takes about 5 minutes to clean the internal qualities of the vacuum cleaner and roller brush (I don’t do everything this way, this is important). After this, you can use the vacuum cleaner again.

Operating time traditionally varies depending on the mode of use.

In automatic mode it reaches receiving. Thanks to this and the high power, this time is enough for a medium-sized apartment like mine.

At maximum suction power, the vacuum cleaner will last 12 minutes. Not much, but in general you need to take everything: from dust to stubborn liquids. In addition, during the vacuuming itself, no water remains on the floor; it will only be slightly damp.

In maximum mode, the volume reaches 78 dB, which matches street noise. In normal mode, the device is not audible, but it does not irritate you in any way during the process.
