VB Development LLC was engaged in the construction of warehouses for Wildberries. 100% of the plaintiff company, according to the Kontur Focus system, belongs to Vladislav Bakalchuk.

However, in his Telegram channel on August 13, the businessman pointed out that VB Development is a business unit of the parent company.

As a source familiar with the content of the claim told Vedomosti, the claim was filed personally against Bakalchuk in connection with the losses suffered by VB Development. The interlocutor claims that advances worth more than 37 billion rubles received for the provision of services during the construction of Wildberries’ logistics facilities were withdrawn from the company on Bakalchuk’s personal instructions and that the services themselves were not provided. .

A representative of the joint company Wildberries and Russ (RVB) refused to comment on the situation to the newspaper and advised them to contact the judicial authorities. Vedomosti was also unable to obtain any comment from VB Development. RB.RU sent a request to Vladislav Bakalchuk.

As Pavel Zhelnov, managing partner of the law firm Nova Inc, pointed out to Vedomosti, the claim may be based on the fact of illegal withdrawal of advance funds, which corresponds to the grounds for personal compensation for losses under the Civil Code of Russia.

On October 12, RVB CEO Tatyana Kim said on her Telegram channel that her husband Bakalchuk’s team (they are currently in the process of divorcing) withdrew 37 billion rubles and froze the construction of warehouses, putting the entire business at risk.
