Apple introduced the new 7th generation iPad mini with the A17 Pro chip, support for Apple Intelligence and Apple Pencil Pro.

The company says the new iPad mini is 30% faster than previous models. It also solves machine learning and AI problems twice as fast thanks to the improved Neural Engine. It probably comes with 8GB of RAM, although Apple doesn’t say so.

The USB-C connector in iPad mini 7 is 2x faster than in the generation class. This provides data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps.
