Presented an interesting innovation – MNT Pocket Reform. In essence, the device is very similar to a netbook – a special class of small laptops popular in the mid-2000s.
The device is based on the NXP i.MX8M Plus ARM chip. Interestingly, anyone can replace it with another recommended by device developers.
There are two RAM options for buyers to choose from: 4 or 8 GB. The screen size of MNT Pocket Reform is only 7 inches.
Another interesting feature of the device is its keyboard. It is ortholinear, which means that the keys are placed strictly under each other and not diagonally shifted.
Among other things, we can note an 8000 mAh battery, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0 adapters, a pair of USB-C, Industrial Ethernet and micro-HDMI ports.
The notebook supports Debian GNU/Linux, Arch, Ubuntu, Void, Plan 9, Genode and OpenBSD.
