This is likely a fine of 1.84 billion euros (~$2 billion), which Apple received in March 2024 for abusing regulations in the streaming services market.

Also in September, the European Union ruled that Apple must pay Ireland 13 billion euros ($15 billion) in unpaid taxes.

Trump said that if re-elected as US President, he would not allow the European Union to “use” American companies such as Apple in their inventions. [The Verge]
