“They don’t even understand what they mean. They are based on articles that regulate contractual and service agreements, and between VB Development and Wildberries, the technical agreement with the client is an agency agreement, and here those articles simply do not work. By law, they cannot terminate this agreement unilaterally. And what does this mean? Termination is only possible through the courts!” Bakalchuk said.
According to him, the rights to the documents that allow the execution of the works belong “exclusively to VB Development” and “no one can” use these documents without the company’s permission.
Bakalchuk also posted a video about the construction of Wildberries warehouses in several cities and claimed that the facilities were actually frozen, despite statements from market management that they had found new contractors. “I make a new call for dialogue and the continuation of the construction of ships,” concluded the businessman.

Wildberries previously reported that they had terminated contracts with VB Development for all logistics facilities due to failure to meet deadlines. The market highlighted that the former technical client received the relevant notifications at the end of September.
-
The company also stated that the new contractor is continuing construction, “despite VB Development’s attempts to disrupt construction,” and will ensure the warehouses are put into operation.

In early October, VB Development filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Region Arbitration Court against Bakalchuk for 37 billion rubles. A Vedomosti source reported that advance payments in this amount received for the provision of services during the construction of logistics facilities were withdrawn from the company on Bakalchuk’s personal instructions and the services themselves were not provided.
