The Wildberries marketplace has revised the terms of storage of some sellers’ documents on the portal, the press service of the online platform informed RB.RU. The changes affect the acts of acceptance of deliveries under the “From Wildberries warehouse” model as of October 1, 2024. Now these acts will be kept for one year, and not for three months, as was previously the case.

“As of February 7, the storage time for documents on the portal was reduced to three months; After this period, the acts were removed from the system. This was a temporary forced measure. “We understand that for some sellers these measures could complicate interaction with the market and that is why we try to resolve this issue as soon as possible,” the company said.
Marketplace plans to increase the storage period for acceptance certificates in the special “Documents” section to make it easier for partners to navigate.
Since October 18, Wildberries Marketplace has increased rewards program fees for Order Pickup Point (POP) owners.
