Complaints began to arrive at approximately 14:45 Moscow time. Users noticed problems loading the site, application and personal account.
The peak of complaints occurred at 15:10 Moscow time. At that time, 1.18 thousand users reported technical problems and network failures reached 9.6%. On the portal “Sboy.RF” the number of complaints about the work of “Avito” exceeded a thousand.
On Downdetector.su, most of the messages about the failure came from the Tver region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, on “Failure.RF” – from Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Krasnodar Territory.
“We see. We fix it. We are investigating it,” Avito’s press service told RB.RU when asked to comment on news of a failure.
Updated at 15:52 Moscow time: Avito claimed that they had solved the problem. The company says the problems were not widespread and “lasted several minutes.”
