Owners of Wildberries order pick-up points will have more opportunities to dispute charges for defective products. This was reported by the company’s press service.

Owners of collection points will be able to challenge deductions not only for contaminated goods, but also for ten other types of defects. The company did not specify which ones exactly, but said the list will be expanded.
“It is important that partners have convenient and transparent tools to resolve controversial issues, which directly contributes to improving the quality of service and strengthening mutual trust,” said Maxim Kim, head of the collection point development department at Wildberries.
To request a return, you must open the “Defects” section in the mobile or web version of your partner’s personal account, select a product and attach a video describing the problem. The company noted that the dispute mechanism is available to all participants in the market’s logistics processes.
- Starting October 1, 2024, Wildberries changed the storage periods for delivery acceptance certificates according to the “From Wildberries warehouse” model. They will now be stored for one year instead of the previous three months.
- On October 18, Wildberries increased rewards program fees for order pickup point owners. The company stated that the increase in payments will affect more than 80% of collection point owners throughout Russia.
