Referring to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, RBC writes that the adoption of the proposed amendments will significantly facilitate the process of submitting declarations for citizens.

“The work is carried out on behalf of the government as part of the general task of automating the interaction between the Federal Tax Service and taxpayers and will significantly reduce the labor costs of the parties,” the department clarified.

The Federal Tax Service’s plans to abandon personally generated personal income tax returns regarding a number of taxable items became known in June. Then, in addition to real estate transportation, it was also about concessions.

The Federal Tax Service already receives most of the information electronically as part of the interdepartmental information exchange. And the new modifications will be the next logical step to maintain the course towards automation.
