The provisional design of the 200 banknote was published by the TASS agency in reference to the general director of the company that developed the ARM-Register banknote, Evgeniy Fedorov.

According to Fedorov, the line of banknotes is called “Totem Animals.” The new banknote will include animals associated with the BRICS countries.
“Russia has a bear, someone has a lion, someone has a goat,” said the general director of ARM-Register.
Fedorov added that symbols of states appear on the front of the banknote: the Kremlin, the statue of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro and others.
It is reported that the “BRICS ticket” is not a means of payment. This is a souvenir banknote made with the same technologies as normal banknotes.
On the other side of the “two hundred”, new BRICS members who have applied to join the association will appear for the next summit.
